As soon as I can get them to agree to it our staff will be posing for mugshots and will be sharing a little bit about themselves and their skills.

What I can tell you is that all of our staff are experienced in working with young people and their skills relating to children and young people are part of the reason they are employed by us. Each programme of activity with us will have a lead worker who will be youth work qualified and all of our staff exceed minimum qualification requirements for delivering any of our adventurous activities.
